features a high throughput capability, eight sites, high

and low temperature measurements, and meets all

high-frequency contact requirements.

4330-IH is a gravity feed tri-temperature test handler which

features a large capacity chamber suitable for Power Device

testing such as TO220, D-PAK, D2-PAK, DIP.

LT9900 series is gravity feed tri-temperature test handler

which features a high throughput capability, eight sites,

tri-temp test mode. Suitable for testing devices such

SOP, SSOP, TSSOP, QFN.

3631-IH is 4 parallel site gravity feed test handler capability of

handling various packages such as SOP, SSOP, TSSOP,

QFN, DIP, TO220, D2PAK.

The platform is flexible to comply with customer's requirement.
