TESEC (M) Sdn Bhd was established on the 3rd of September 1983 as the Malaysian subsidiary of TESEC Corporation Japan, a world leader in semiconductor final test equipment industry. Drawing on her more than decades of experience, TESEC offers a wide range of state-of-art, high performance automated handlers and testers to the industry.
After decades in the market, TESEC MAP (Matrix Array Package) test handler has proven effective in cost reduction for mass production of QFN…WLCSP devices. It has been highly rated and recognized since debate and until today.
For testers products, Tesec continue to strike and develop for higher voltage and Current capability in order to meet latest testing demand of SiC (Silican Carbide/GaN) and other power devices.
With the latest acquisition, TESEC MEMS test handling is able to provide complete test solution for both handling and test unit. Handling of up to 96 sitems for parallel test is one of the advantage for this handling system in the market.
With 16 sites for parallel test, we believe our wafer tester has optimised the capacity for wafer test in the market.
